I. Gambaran umum
ARSLUBPulse Vortex Street Flowmeter adalah flowmeter baru dengan tingkat canggih internasional yang berhasil dikembangkan berdasarkan prinsip jalan vortex Carmen. Karena memiliki keuntungan yang tidak dapat dibandingkan dengan aliran meter lainnya, telah berkembang pesat sejak tahun tujuh puluhan, menurut sumber terkait, sekarang Jepang, Eropa dan Amerika Serikat dan negara maju lainnya menggunakan persentase aliran meter jalan vortex cerdas meningkat secara signifikan, telah banyak digunakan di berbagai bidang. Akan mendominasi dalam alat aliran di masa depan dan merupakan alternatif yang paling ideal untuk alat aliran panel lubang. ARSLUBMeter aliran putar pulsa cocok untuk mengukur aliran massa dan volume uap yang terlalu panas, uap jenuh, udara bertekan dan gas, air dan cairan umum. 2. Karakteristik ★ Struktur sederhana dan kuat, tanpa komponen bergerak, keandalan tinggi, operasi jangka panjang sangat dapat diandalkan. ★ Instalasi sederhana, pemeliharaan sangat nyaman. ★ Deteksi sensor tidak kontak langsung dengan media yang diukur, kinerja stabil, umur panjang. ★ Output adalah sinyal pulsa yang proporsional dengan aliran, tanpa drift titik nol, presisi tinggi. ★ Rangkaian pengukuran yang luas ★ Kehilangan tekanan yang lebih kecil, biaya operasi yang rendah, lebih hemat energi. Dalam kisaran nomor Renault tertentu, frekuensi sinyal output tidak dipengaruhi oleh perubahan sifat fisik cairan dan komponen, koefisien instrumen hanya terkait dengan bentuk dan ukuran generator pusaran, saat mengukur aliran volume cairan tidak perlu dikompensasi, setelah mengganti aksesoris umumnya tidak perlu mengkalibrasi ulang koefisien instrumen. ★ Ruang aplikasi yang luas, aliran uap, gas, cairan dapat diukur.
III. Prinsip kerja ARSLUBPulse Vortex Street Flowmeter saat memasukkan kolom secara vertikal ke dalam tabung pengukuran, cairan secara bergantian menghasilkan pusaran teratur melalui kedua sisi kolom.(Seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini)Kereta api pusaran ini disebut jalan pusaran Carmen. Frekuensi pelepasan jalan vortex Carmen terkait dengan kecepatan aliran cairan dan lebar pilar, dapat ditunjukkan sebagai berikut: f=St·v/d dalam gaya: f-Frekuensi rilis di jalan Carmen Vortex St-Faktor(disebut bilangan Stroha) v-kecepatan aliran d-Lebar kolom Frekuensi pelepasan jalan Carmen VortexfDan kecepatan aliranvProporsional, sehingga aliran instan dapat dihitung dengan mengukur frekuensi pelepasan jalan Carmen Vortex. Angka Strohar adalah faktor penting dalam flowmeter jalan vortex. pada kurvaSt≈0.17Bagian lurus, frekuensi pelepasan pusaran sebanding dengan kecepatan aliran, sehingga frekuensi deteksifBisa mendapatkan kecepatan aliran.volehvCari aliran volume.
