YLKK seri tegangan tinggi tiga fase motor asinkron (pusat tinggi 315-630) adalah perusahaan kami mengadopsi teknologi canggih domestik dan asing, menggabungkan pengalaman praktis perusahaan kami memproduksi motor tegangan tinggi dan dibangun seri produk yang dioptimalkan, adalah produk upgrade berdasarkan motor tegangan tinggi seri YLKK asli.
Seri produk ini adalah bahan yang sangat baik, diproduksi dengan baik, memiliki indikator kekuatan yang tinggi, kebisingan dan getaran yang kecil, keandalan yang tinggi, penggunaan instalasi dan pemeliharaan yang mudah.
Kelas daya, ukuran instalasi, kinerja listrik dari motor seri ini sesuai dengan standar GB / T4772.1-2-1999 "Ukuran motor rotasi dan kelas daya output", GB755-2008 "Kuota dan kinerja motor rotasi", dan mencapai standar efisiensi energi tingkat tiga negara GB30254-2013 "Batas efisiensi energi motor asinkron tiga fase kandang tegangan tinggi dan kelas efisiensi energi".
Metode pendinginan motor listrik seri ini sesuai dengan standar GB / T1993-1993 dan IEC60034-5 "Metode pendinginan motor rotary" adalah IC611 atau IC616, jika pengguna meminta metode pendinginan lain untuk berkonsultasi secara terpisah.
Metode instalasi dasar motor seri ini adalah struktur flange sabuk vertikal (IMV1), sesuai dengan ketentuan GB / T997-2008 dan IEC60034-7 "Tipe struktur motor putar, tipe instalasi dan klasifikasi lokasi kotak sambungan (kode IM)".
Data dasar motor yang dicakup dalam contoh ini adalah sebagai berikut:
Nomor kursi: 315mm-630mm;

Tegangan nominal: 6kV, 10kV (juga dapat membuat motor tegangan lainnya sesuai dengan persyaratan pesanan);
Frekuensi nominal: 50Hz (motor listrik 60Hz juga dapat diproduksi sesuai dengan persyaratan pesanan (kecuali motor 2 kutub));
Rentang daya: 200kW-4500kW;
Seri produk ini terutama digunakan untuk industri minyak, kimia, batubara, pembangkit listrik, metalurgi, transportasi, tekstil, farmasi, pengolahan makanan dan peralatan mesin umum atau peralatan mesin serupa lainnya.
Motor Asynchronous Vertikal YLKKKarakteristik Struktural
Motor listrik menggunakan struktur bentuk kotak, kursi mesin dilas dari pelat baja menjadi bentuk kotak, ringan, kaku yang baik. Pasang pendingin kosong-kosong di bagian atas motor.
Stator menggunakan struktur tekanan eksternal, stator menggulung menggunakan bahan isolasi kelas 155 (F), motor 10kV menggunakan langkah-langkah anti-korona yang dapat diandalkan, pengikat dan pengikat yang dapat diandalkan pada ujung menggulung, dan menggunakan proses cat pelarut bebas tekanan vakum (VPI), sehingga kinerja isolasi motor listrik yang baik, kekuatan mekanis yang tinggi, tahan kelembaban yang kuat, umur pakai yang panjang.
Rotor kandang tikus memiliki dua struktur aluminium dan tembaga yang dibuat dengan proses aluminium yang canggih dan dapat diandalkan atau proses las, dan telah diidentifikasi oleh keseimbangan kinetik, sehingga motor listrik beroperasi lancar dan dapat diandalkan.
Bantalan menggunakan bantalan gulir dan bantalan geser dalam dua bentuk, ditentukan oleh ukuran daya motor dan kecepatan tinggi dan rendah, kelas perlindungannya adalah IP54 atau IP55, bantalan gulir dilengkapi dengan perangkat suntikan minyak tanpa henti.
Kotak koneksi utama ditempatkan di sebelah kanan motor (dari perpanjangan poros), juga dapat ditempatkan di sebelah kiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, kotak koneksi di dalam dan luar memiliki terminal grounding terpisah, saat daya ≥2000kW, motor memiliki kotak koneksi titik netral.
Perangkat pengukuran suhu ditambahkan di bagian penting seperti gulungan stator, bantalan, untuk memudahkan pemantauan jarak jauh untuk memastikan operasi motor listrik yang aman dan andal.

Motor Asynchronous Vertikal YLKKGambaran keseluruhan
YLKK seri tegangan tinggi tiga fase motor asinkron (pusat tinggi 315-630) adalah perusahaan kami mengadopsi teknologi canggih domestik dan asing, menggabungkan pengalaman praktis perusahaan kami memproduksi motor tegangan tinggi dan dibangun seri produk yang dioptimalkan, adalah produk upgrade berdasarkan motor tegangan tinggi seri YLKK asli.
Seri produk ini adalah bahan yang sangat baik, diproduksi dengan baik, memiliki indikator kekuatan yang tinggi, kebisingan dan getaran yang kecil, keandalan yang tinggi, penggunaan instalasi dan pemeliharaan yang mudah.
Kelas daya, ukuran instalasi, kinerja listrik dari motor seri ini sesuai dengan standar GB / T4772.1-2-1999 "Ukuran motor rotasi dan kelas daya output", GB755-2008 "Kuota dan kinerja motor rotasi", dan mencapai standar efisiensi energi tingkat tiga negara GB30254-2013 "Batas efisiensi energi motor asinkron tiga fase kandang tegangan tinggi dan kelas efisiensi energi".
Metode pendinginan motor listrik seri ini sesuai dengan standar GB / T1993-1993 dan IEC60034-5 "Metode pendinginan motor rotary" adalah IC611 atau IC616, jika pengguna meminta metode pendinginan lain untuk berkonsultasi secara terpisah.
Metode instalasi dasar motor seri ini adalah struktur flange sabuk vertikal (IMV1), sesuai dengan ketentuan GB / T997-2008 dan IEC60034-7 "Tipe struktur motor putar, tipe instalasi dan klasifikasi lokasi kotak sambungan (kode IM)".
Data dasar motor yang dicakup dalam contoh ini adalah sebagai berikut:

Frekuensi nominal: 50Hz (motor listrik 60Hz juga dapat diproduksi sesuai dengan persyaratan pesanan (kecuali motor 2 kutub));
Rentang daya: 200kW-4500kW;
Seri produk ini terutama digunakan untuk industri minyak, kimia, batubara, pembangkit listrik, metalurgi, transportasi, tekstil, farmasi, pengolahan makanan dan peralatan mesin umum atau peralatan mesin serupa lainnya.
Motor Asynchronous Vertikal YLKKKarakteristik Struktural
Motor listrik menggunakan struktur bentuk kotak, kursi mesin dilas dari pelat baja menjadi bentuk kotak, ringan, kaku yang baik. Pasang pendingin kosong-kosong di bagian atas motor.
Stator menggunakan struktur tekanan eksternal, stator menggulung menggunakan bahan isolasi kelas 155 (F), motor 10kV menggunakan langkah-langkah anti-korona yang dapat diandalkan, pengikat dan pengikat yang dapat diandalkan pada ujung menggulung, dan menggunakan proses cat pelarut bebas tekanan vakum (VPI), sehingga kinerja isolasi motor listrik yang baik, kekuatan mekanis yang tinggi, tahan kelembaban yang kuat, umur pakai yang panjang.
Rotor kandang tikus memiliki dua struktur aluminium dan tembaga yang dibuat dengan proses aluminium yang canggih dan dapat diandalkan atau proses las, dan telah diidentifikasi oleh keseimbangan kinetik, sehingga motor listrik beroperasi lancar dan dapat diandalkan.
Bantalan menggunakan bantalan gulir dan bantalan geser dalam dua bentuk, ditentukan oleh ukuran daya motor dan kecepatan tinggi dan rendah, kelas perlindungannya adalah IP54 atau IP55, bantalan gulir dilengkapi dengan perangkat suntikan minyak tanpa henti.
Kotak koneksi utama ditempatkan di sebelah kanan motor (dari perpanjangan poros), juga dapat ditempatkan di sebelah kiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, kotak koneksi di dalam dan luar memiliki terminal grounding terpisah, saat daya ≥2000kW, motor memiliki kotak koneksi titik netral.
Perangkat pengukuran suhu ditambahkan di bagian penting seperti gulungan stator, bantalan, untuk memudahkan pemantauan jarak jauh untuk memastikan operasi motor listrik yang aman dan andal.
